What Happens When You Call
We ask a few direct questions: which service you need, the rough size of the area, and what you are seeing, such as dry patches along one irrigation zone, a leaning palm, or a paver patio that has settled. If the work may need a permit or an inspection, as some hardscape and irrigation projects do, we say so on that first call so it is part of the plan from the start.
Next we schedule an on-site walkthrough. We measure, check drainage and soil, look at sprinkler heads and valve boxes, and note anything near utility lines or property boundaries. You then get a written estimate with each line item explained. When a bigger project makes more sense paid over time, you can finance as much as $100,000, choose a term anywhere from 2 to 12 years, and pay it off early without a penalty.
