About Lake Buena Vista Landscaping

We have been doing landscaping work for homeowners in and around Lake Buena Vista since 2018. We mow, plant, irrigate, build and remove, and we check the rules that apply to each job before the first shovel goes in, so the finished work holds up to inspection and HOA review.

Why we start with the rules

Most landscaping problems we get called to fix were not caused by bad plants. They were caused by skipped steps. A trench cut without a utility locate nicks a cable line. An irrigation system tied into the drinking water supply without a working backflow preventer becomes a contamination risk. A sprinkler controller with no rain sensor runs through a summer downpour, wastes water and breaks state law for automatic systems. We built our company around not skipping those steps.

Before we quote a job, we walk your property. We look at how water moves across the lot after a storm, where the existing sprinkler heads and valve boxes sit, which trees are close to the house or the power drop, and what your HOA allows in the front yard. That walk tells us whether a permit, an architectural review or a locate request is part of the job, and we write it into the estimate so you see it up front.

On work days we keep the site orderly. Turf gets protected under plywood where equipment crosses it, sod and plant material go in the same day they arrive so roots do not dry out, and we haul away clippings, cut sod and debris before we leave. When an inspection or HOA sign-off is needed, we tell you when it is scheduled and what the inspector will look at.

The practices behind every job

  • Locates before digging

We request a Sunshine 811 locate before any trenching, post setting or stump grinding. Marked lines mean no surprise repairs to your gas, power or internet service.

  • Irrigation set up correctly

New and repaired systems get a rain or soil moisture shutoff, proper head spacing and zones split by sun and plant type. Where the system draws from potable water, we confirm the backflow device is in place and working.

  • Honest calls on trees

Some trees need trimming, some need removal, and some need neither. We explain which, why, and whether your local jurisdiction or HOA requires approval before a tree comes down.

  • Estimates that show the steps

Your written estimate lists the work, the materials and any permit or review step separately. Nothing gets added halfway through without a conversation first.

Where we work

Our crews cover Lake Buena Vista and the surrounding communities, including Celebration, Hunters Creek, Doctor Phillips, Bay Hill, Williamsburg, Horizon West, Kissimmee, Four Corners, Oak Ridge and Lake Butler. Rules differ between Orange and Osceola County addresses and from one HOA to the next, so we confirm what applies to your street before we schedule anything. You can see the full list on our Service Areas page.
